Combat Engineers Service Ribbon

Awarded by the Combat Engineers Commanding Officer or an appropriate Operational Commander for performing one's duties excellently during an Engineers rotation, whilst deployed on a military construction operation, or when engaged in a military construction effort in or out of a combat zone.
