This ship belonged to Ezekial Nien, a Barabel who was leader of Corellian Transport Services and left the company when he was appointed Associate Minister of Technology in Year 10.
The New Republic's Associate Minister and his friend Seth Nearv, a Thyferran who at that time also worked for CTS, decided to take a holiday together in order to attend the 1st ever Championship Pod race on planet Tholatin. After having landed near the race circuit, however, six people disguised as NR security officers and as security personnel associated with the vehicle production company Elor's Custom Speed Free-ques abducted the Associate Minister, his friend and some real NR officers that came to help. The Namana suddenly took off and the six criminals revealed that they were kidnapping non-humans to be sold as slaves. Mr. Nien was sedated and stun cuffed while Seth Nearv, being human, was useless and supposed to be dumped in the empty space.
The Flying Fortress went to orbit and docked with the ship Free-que Radical and the non-human crew meant as slaves was transferred there. Seth was stunned before reaching orbit, and the criminals' plan was to set the Namana's autopilot towards the Sun. Fortunately the pilot recovered and steered in time to save his life and the ship. In the meanwhile, the slaves were freed by a handful of brave citizens and Seth and Zeke could meet again and land on Tholatin.
