The Transitory Provisions Act (TPA) organizes and defines the rules of transition from the original Charter of the Second Alliance to Restore the Republic to the amendment/reform.
Within this package, the following should be named as follows:
All acts should be named "Act Number - e.g. Act n° Number/Year," followed by their name. It is preferable to add "Act" or "Code" or an equivalent depending on its nature in the proper location. For example, "e.g. X Act or Y Code or X Code of Y." A full example would be "Act n° X/YXX: X Act or Code."
Additionally, acts must be organized under sections (if necessary), chapters, and clauses. For example: "Chapter 1: X; Clause 1.1. Text of the Clause." Sections may be added to better organize the Act, but they are not necessary as chapters and clauses. The new standard format must be applied to Acts 1 to 9.
Note: Grammar corrections require an Act Amendment and must pass according to their quorum. A new Act that contradicts an old Act implies the tacit abrogation of the old Act, Section, Chapter or Clause that it conflicts. It is recommended that all new Acts, if they wish to abrogate a law, expressly state it in their text.
The following acts require a ⅔ vote to pass and are therefore considered complementary acts of the Charter: Act n° 10, 11, 12, 13, and 15. Additional Complementary Acts may be created as determined by the Charter.
