Article One: General Provisions:
1.1. The Rebel Advisory Council is responsible for tracking the finances of the Rebel Alliance and its nationalized companies, and shall compile a report of these finances at least once per year.
1.2. These financial reports shall be posted in the Rebel Alliance Council, and include income, expenses, and the current credit balance of the Rebel Alliance and nationalized companies.
Article Two: Salary Scale:
2.1. The salary scale is as follows:

Article Three: Additional Provisions:
3.1. A citizen may receive one salary from the Rebel Alliance for a maximum of three paid positions they hold within the Rebel Alliance or one of its nationalized companies.
3.1.1. A citizen may hold more than three positions, but any position after the third is considered volunteered and will not be paid.
3.1.2. The three highest ranking or appointed positions will be the positions considered to be paid.
3.1.3. Elected positions on the Rebel Alliance Council will be considered volunteered and will not be paid.
Article Four: Bonuses:
4.1. Bonus shall be paid out at the discretion of the department leader or CO. The bonus chart is a guideline and the department leader or CO may pay different amounts within reason.
4.1.1. With the exception of "Good work" and "Community Bonus" all other bonus' may be paid out only once per citizen per month and not per position.
4.1.2.The bonuses scale (awards) is as follows:

4.2 Additional responsibility is in accordance for additional responsibilities attached to position (i.e. "quartermasters may be the same rank as their peers with more responsibilities").
4.3. Any Rebel Alliance Council member may may propose an additional bonus that exceeds the guidelines for special occasions.
4.4. Any bonus, including asset bonuses, exceeding the value of 25,000,000 credits or more must be approved by the Rebel Alliance Council.
Article Five: Graduation Bonuses:
5. Cadet Graduation Bonus is bound to certain conditions:
5.1. must have graduated the academy; and
5.2. not receiving a starter package from another source (e.g. NAT starter pack).
