Article One: General Dispositions

1.1. The Rebel Alliance Diplomacy Command, commonly abbreviated RDC, is the Rebel Alliance's elite group of diplomats tasked with foreign affairs and public representation
1.1.1. Rebel Alliance Diplomacy Command is to protect and promote Rebel Alliance and Alliance interests in the Galaxy through public relations and the building of a rapport with galactic citizens, groups and governments.

Article Two: RDC Structure

2.1. The Rebel Alliance Diplomacy Command is an independent command similar to the Military, Development, and Mining departments of the Rebel Alliance, reporting directly to the Rebel Alliance Council and Rebel Leadership Board.
2.1.1. The RDC is led by the High Ambassador
2.1.2. The RDC High Ambassador is appointed by the Supreme Commander, preferably selecting the most experience career diplomat or a RA Citizen with remarkable knowledge of diplomacy. If the Rebel Alliance Council does not agree, they can call for a vote of VoNC of individual appointed
2.1.3. The RDC High Ambassador serves on the Rebel Leadership Board

Article Three: Diplomatic Dispositions

3.1. The RDC maintains contact with allies, friends and neutral groups
3.1.1. RDC also handles negotiation and mediation duties on behalf and in the interest of the Rebel Alliance

3.2. The RDC reports to the Rebel Alliance Council and Rebel Leadership Board
3.2.1. The RDC diplomats are to supply the RAC and RLC with all information needed to achieve proper decisions

3.3. RDC diplomats may draw up and sign contracts on behalf of the Rebel Alliance with the approval of the Rebel Alliance Council.
