1. Any power, role, or responsibility assigned to a specific person or position by an Act of the Senate or Secondary Legislation may be delegated to a subordinate.

2. The delegated power, role, or responsibility must be declared in public in the New Republic Communication Centre.

3. In the event that a person takes a leave of absence without delegating any and all responsibilities they have, their superiors may delegate their responsibilities or name an acting-replacement. This includes the Chief of State selecting acting Advisory Councillors or delegating their powers.

4. This Act does not allow for delegation of powers or responsibilities set forth in the Constitution.
