Junior S-Scout

Awarded by the appropriate Battle Group Commanding Officer for active scanning of deep space or system coordinates - Tier 5.

Awarded by Battle Group Commanding Officer or recommended by the Operations Officer
The scans must be unique, meaning that the scan of the same system at the same time has not been posted. (GCOs will judge if enough time has passed to need another scan. Generally 30 days should have passed unless there is additional acitivity in the system/deep space area.)
The scans may not be of Rebel Alliance systems unless requested by HC or GCO or there is unusual enemy/possible-criminal activity.
The scans may not be of any system/deep space area that only has NPC enemies.
GCOs have final determination if a scan is approved to count toward the ribbons.
