During performance of duties of a sanctioned RA/Ally mission or operation
Harm from enemy action (Enemy combatants, not bandits or hostile creatures)
((Personal hit points must be 10% or less of total hits points; or ship hull damage must be 10% or less of total ship's hull for corvettes or smaller, or 5% or less for any ship larger than a corvette. Being stunned or "podded" also counts.))
No more than one award per mission or operation.
