Factory / Station and Data Card Rental Agreement
Section I: Statement
The New Republic has created the Factory/Station and Data Card Rental Program to allow independent Galactic Citizens and Galactic Businesses a means to produce assets for themselves or for sale.
The New Republic has factories on the planet Bpfassh VI in the Bpfassh system and stations in Bpfassh system available for the program.
The rental fee for the factories and stations is free of charge and to only be used with purchased New Republic and its Nationalised Corporations data cards. (Factory/Station renters are responsible to pay for production costs.)

Section II: Eligibility
1. The Factory / station and DC card rental program is open to any Galactic Citizen in good standings with the New Republic per Criminal Organizations List, Warrant List and Trade Ban List. (The New Republic reserves the right to refuse)
2. Contracts / rentals can be canceled at any time for no reason.
3. Violating the procedures and regulations will result in access and usage being revoked.
Section III: Regulations
Factory / Station Rental
1. Assets produced to be sold, traded, gifted must adhered to the New Republic Trade Ban List, Criminal Organizations List, and Warrant List.
2. Exceptions to the New Republic Regulations can be petitioned by the individual / group by contacting the Minister of Trade and Industry.
3. Production Costs Invoice will be supplied to which must be pay as soon as production starts. Failure to pay will result in data cards being unassigned until paid.
3a. The manager of the factory is required to be any of the New Republic's Nationalised Corporations.
4. Produced assets must be removed off the planet or undocked from the station once completed by the individual. Shield access will NOT be granted to customers of the individual producing the assets. All assets used in production is to be removed after completion of the usage of the factory or station.
Section IV: Procedure
1. Submit the form below to the Ministry of Trade and Industry Sales Manager for processing.

2. If approved, the Ministry of Trade and Industry will make arrangements for data card assignments, access, and workers.
3. Production costs to be paid to the New Republic once production has begun. (Failure to pay production costs will result in data cards being unassigned until paid.
Contracts / rentals can be cancelled at any time for no reason.
