Petabys Conflict Operation

Authorized to wear by those who participated in forcing the Zann criminals from the Petabys Conflict Zone in year 22. Participants of this operation are also authorized to wear the Joint Operation Ribbon.
"Following reports that pirates and criminals had invaded the Pentabys Conflict Zone. Several officer from all the Battle Groups, including the Reserves, were quick to volunteer to help the people of the area. Many of our allies joined us in the operation and we were able to quickly push the criminals out of the area, while only taking minimal losses."
