Awarded by an appropriate member of High Command or Group Commanding Officer for exemplary service as a Training Officer or for officers whom actively and consistently take on the role of a tutor. (Minimum 3 months active service)

- Minimum three months of active service
- Exemplary performance by training officers or for those dedicated to taking on the role of a tutor
