About
JUGANOTH Mining Corporation (JMC) is a mining company presently owned by the New Republic and one of the oldest organizations in the galaxy.
As a nationalized faction, JMC supplies raw materials and its mining expertise to all factions and groups associated with the New Republic and her allies. Raw material contracts are available to all nationalized businesses of both the New Republic and the other Members of the Galactic Alliance, along with members of those companies. Currently, we are looking for transport pilots, prospectors, mine operators and construction specialists. History
- Founded Year 0 Day 5
Officially founded Year 0 Day 5, JUGANOTH Mining Corporation prospered in the days before the New Republic by providing quality raw materials to the galaxy at good prices. JMC headquarters was located in the Sumitra sector on the large, temperate planet Alk'lellish I, known for large expanses of wild jungles, forests, swamps and grassland. Years later, JMC was purchased by a much larger corporation, and JMC headquarters was moved to the Abrath system in the Jospro sector. In Abrath, JMC was rebuilt from the ground up but again found success.
JMC formed many partnerships that were mutually beneficial to all parties, one of which was with the renowned production faction SoroSuub Corporation. As a result of this successful partnership, SoroSuub purchased JMC to better supply raw materials to their expanding production line. JMC was then relocated to the Sluis sector to be near SoroSuub. Later, when Sorosuub, the Rebel Alliance, and other close allies pledged to rebuild a democratic republic, JMC was pleased to align itself with the New Republic.
Now as a nationalized faction, JMC supplies raw materials and its mining expertise to all factions and groups associated with the New Republic and her allies.
