Bar of Employment

These bars are worn in some form by all civil servants who are on active employment. All civil servants have a similar basic row of bars: Wear the bar that represents the number of years you have spent in the service of the New Republic on the left, the bar that represents your civil service command or department in the middle, and the bar of employment on the right.
