Awarded by an appropriate member of Military High Command, Group Commanding Officer, or Group Operations officer for those having served a minimum of six months, have displayed a strong commitment to promoting good morale and community events, or encouraging unity throughout the Military.(Minimum 6 months, no more than twice per year)
