Awarded by an appropriate member of the Military Advisory Council for continued exemplary service to those whose performance of their duties has had a significant beneficial effect on the Military.
- Awarded by a member of the Military AC
- Minimum three months of active service
- No more than twice per year
- Continued exemplary service with a significant benefit to the Military
