The Rebel Alliance Council is a body comprising members consisting of the Civilian and Military leaders and two elected Rebel Citizen Cabinet members. The Council decides policies such as: economic development, military, trade and commercial, legal, diplomatic, and intelligence. The Council members are responsible for decision-making within their respective departments.
