Top Tier Awards
These awards are the highest commendations the Rebel Alliance can grant a sentient. They are given out by the Supreme Commander or Rebel Alliance Leadership.
- Rebel Medal of Honour
- Awarded by the Chief of State with the consent of the Civil Advisory Council as the highest award in the Republic to those who, while engaged in action with the enemy, go far above and beyond the call of duty, selflessly risking their own lives for the good of the Republic and her citizens.
- Perlemian Star of Freedom
- Through extraordinary effort and courage beyond the call of duty, great and noble deeds are wrought on behalf of the New Republic within and beyond their field of expertise. Awarded by a member of the Advisory Council.
- Hydian Star of Excellence
- With unwavering commitment to their field, advancements excelling expectation are achieved for the New Republic, its people or the galaxy at large. Awarded by a member of the Advisory Council.
- Rimma Star of Service
- Awarded for continued and dedicated service within the civilian capacity for the New Republic while showing exemplary conduct. Awarded by a member of the Advisory Council.

These awards are granted by the citizens of the Rebel Alliance and handed out by ARGH!!!.

- Rebel of the Year
- Awarded by the citizens of the Rebel Alliance through a citizen vote using all winners of the Rebel of the Month from the previous year.
- Rebel of the Month
- Awarded by the citizens of Rebel Alliance through a citizen vote using nominations from the citizens themselves.

One Time Awards
- Phoenix Medal
- Awarded by the Chief of State for restoring the NRCC after the crash in Year 16 (rebuilding of the forum after the server crash in 2015).
Skill Bars (Optional)
Civilian workers may additionally automatically qualify to wear appropriate skill bars if their skill is great enough. Workers who possess high skill levels (4 or 5) are entitled to wear the appropriate bar. Rather than being given out, one qualifies to wear them by having an appropriately high level of skill. Expert requires level 4; Master, 5. See the bar definitions for which skills qualify for which badge. Only the highest for which a worker has qualified of each type is worn. They are optional, as some may wish to keep their skills discrete.*

- To qualify to wear the Expert or Master Pilot badge, one must have level 4 or 5, respectively, in any of the following skills: Capital Ship Piloting, Fighter/Freighter Piloting.

- To qualify to wear the Expert or Master Operator badge, one must have level 4 or 5, respectively, in any of the following skills: Computer Operations.
- Expert/Master Trader
- To qualify to wear the Expert or Master Trader badge, one must have level 4 or 5, respectively, in any of the following skill: Diplomacy/Trading.
- Expert/Master Manager
- To qualify to wear the Expert or Master Manager badge, one must have level 4 or 5, respectively, in any of the following skills: Management.
- Expert/Master Doctor
- To qualify to wear the Expert or Master Medic badge, one must have level 4 or 5, respectively, in any of the following skills: Medical Treatment.
- Expert/Master Scientist
- To qualify to wear the Expert or Master Scientist badge, one must have level 4 or 5, respectively, in any of the following skills: any R&D skill.
- Expert/Master Repairer
- To qualify to wear the Expert or Master Repair badge, one must have level 4 or 5, respectively, in any of the following skills: Repair.
- Proof of skill level must be provided to qualify for this skill badges.
Basic Service Bars
These bars are worn in some form by all civil servants who are on active employment. All civil servants have a similar basic row of bars: Wear the bar that represents the number of years you have spent in the service of the New Republic on the left, the bar that represents your civil service command or department in the middle, and the bar of employment on the right.

Retired Awards
This area is reserved for retired awards of the former New Republic, and Rebel Alliance. The awarded members are still allowed to use them, but their departments are no longer allowed to issue them. Civil Awards can be placed or taken out of retirement by the Rebel Alliance Council.
