This droid acted as security for Allaina Musava's ship, and occasionally attended events with her as part of her entourage. Ms. Musava didn't really want to part with it, but she needed the credits and eventually she was happy her "friend" had found a good home.<br />
Manufactured with the name D-73K9 and assigned to the Aphran system, Ms. Musava soon created a good relationship with this droid and changed its name to ''Steve''. Nobody knows if this human name has anything to do with a past affair of Ms. Musava. The red and black paint is an exception to the standard Imperial paint job, but Steve was already wearing that when it entered on duty for Allaina.
