#Any power, role, or responsibility assigned to a specific person or position by an Act of the Senate or Secondary Legislation may be delegated to a subordinate. 
#The delegated power, role, or responsibility must be declared in public in the New Republic Communication Centre. 
#In the event that a person takes a leave of absence without delegating any and all responsibilities they have, their superiors may delegate their responsibilities or name an acting-replacement. This includes the Chief of State selecting acting Advisory Councillors or delegating their powers. 
#This Act does not allow for delegation of powers or responsibilities set forth in the Constitution.
