This tank was constructed just following the Adam A. Flynn's and Ingo R. Vailis's Coup of the New Republic. Though they 'lliberated' Black Sun from the New Republic, and took a large quantity of the republican money, territory and military equipment, they left behind some of the plans for their own technology. Lahasa Fy was able to use the technology left behind by Black Sun to build some of their equipment for both himself and the New Republic, until Edhrikhor Tlakh`sar found out about the program to build the BS technology and enabled Black Sun to remove NR access to their technology. This vehicle was taken from Shili system, where Lahasa Fy was Governor.
